Empyros is the top Warzone mastery camo in Modern Warfare 4 — the third step after Parallax and Damascus Reforged, and a brand-new name for the series. It is earned per weapon through the final set of Warzone mastery challenges, which makes it the hardest of the nine mode camos to complete: every bit of progress has to come from Battle Royale or Resurgence, where a full match may hand you only a handful of eliminations.
