Refund Policy

1. Statutory Consumer Rights

Where you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal for distance-sold services, that right is preserved and takes precedence over this policy. By requesting immediate delivery of a digital service or digital content, you acknowledge that, once delivery begins, your statutory right of withdrawal for that portion of the service may no longer apply, to the extent permitted by the applicable law.

2. Eligibility by Service Type

Coaching & VOD Reviews

• Full refund before a coach has been assigned and confirmed.
• Partial refund if some, but not all, sessions in a package have been delivered. Refund equals the list price of the un-delivered sessions.
• No refund once a session has started or a written review has been delivered, except where the delivered service materially departs from what was advertised.

Private Lobbies

• Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled lobby start time.
• Partial refund (50%) for cancellations between 24 and 2 hours before start.
• No refund for no-shows, or for cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled start, other than verified host-side cancellation.

Digital Goods

• Full refund before the goods have been transferred in the applicable game.
• Once the goods are delivered in-game they cannot be returned, so a refund is not available except where delivery materially departs from what was advertised or where applicable consumer law requires it.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Submit your request within 14 days of purchase via our contact form or by emailing support@astroboost.gg.
2. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue.
3. Our support team will acknowledge the request within 1 business day and issue a decision within 5 business days.
4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically settle within 5–10 business days; cryptocurrency refunds settle as soon as the next on-chain confirmation.

4. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. Please reach out to our support team before initiating a chargeback — we resolve the overwhelming majority of issues directly and more quickly than the card network dispute process allows. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe to be filed without good-faith basis.

5. Fraud and Sanctions

Orders we cancel for suspected fraud, card-network risk rules, or sanctions compliance are refunded in full to the original payment method, regardless of the normal eligibility rules above. No further action is required on your part.
