Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”, “you”) and CodBoost Inc, trading as AstroBoost (“AstroBoost”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the website located at astroboost.gg, our Discord community, and any services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use the Services you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law, including U.S., UK, EU, UN, or other economic sanctions regimes;
  • Not reside in, or order from, a jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited (see Section 3).

We may request age verification at our discretion. Orders from customers who do not meet these requirements will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Description of Services

AstroBoost offers the following categories of digital entertainment services:

  • Bot Lobbies: Hosted multiplayer practice rooms where customers can train in a controlled environment.
  • In-Game Services: Boosting, levelling, and similar services performed inside the game, as described on the relevant product page.
  • Digital Goods: Certain in-game items and currencies permitted by the applicable game publisher's terms of service.
  • Community Access: Access to our Discord community, events, and resources.

The exact description, deliverables, and schedule of each service appear on the relevant product page at the time of purchase and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3. Geographic and Regulatory Restrictions

The Services are not offered, and may not be ordered, in jurisdictions where they would violate local law. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not accept orders from any country, region, or person subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI), or the European Union, including (without limitation) Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with the laws of their place of residence, including any laws governing virtual goods, online gaming, or digital contracts.

4. Relationship to Game Publishers

AstroBoost (operated by CodBoost Inc) is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision, Blizzard, Bungie, Epic Games, Electronic Arts, Riot Games, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, or any other game publisher. Game titles, trademarks, logos, and artwork referenced on our site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe the services we offer. You agree not to use the Services in a manner that violates the terms of service of any game you play, and you accept sole responsibility for the consequences of such violations.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept credit and debit cards via our payment partners and, at our discretion, cryptocurrency.
  • An order is not accepted until payment has cleared and you have received an order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, chargeback history, sanctions exposure, or breach of these Terms. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page and in order confirmations. They are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including network outages, game-publisher maintenance, or high demand. If a delay will materially affect your order we will notify you and offer either a rescheduled delivery or a refund under our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the refund process are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Nothing in our Refund Policy removes statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction, including (where applicable) the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or comparable rights under UK consumer law.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have any issue with an order, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of any active orders and of your account pending resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe to be fraudulent or filed without good-faith basis, and to recover any costs we incur doing so to the extent permitted by law.

9. User Conduct

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you agree not to use the Services to engage in illegal activity, harass other users or our staff, circumvent payment systems, commit fraud, launder funds, or resell the Services without our written permission.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, other than user-generated content and third-party game assets, is owned by AstroBoost or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the site except as expressly permitted in writing.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The following section is required by law to be prominent:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THIS SECTION DOES NOT AFFECT STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTROBOOST, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS STAFF BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AstroBoost harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AstroBoost is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Before commencing formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us in writing at support@astroboost.gg and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts of their place of residence.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where reasonable, by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
