This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of our Terms of Service. It describes how AstroBoost services may and may not be used. If you violate this AUP we may suspend or cancel your orders, close your account, and refuse future service. Serious violations may be reported to our payment partners, to game publishers, or to law-enforcement authorities.
AstroBoost is a hosting and coordination service for online gaming experiences. We host private custom matches and bot lobbies that customers join with their own game accounts; we coordinate scheduling, lobby invites, and customer support; and we provide coaching and gameplay-review sessions. We are not, and we do not operate as, an account-access service or a marketplace for in-game outcomes. The table below summarises what that means in practice.
Any earned XP, weapon levels, or cosmetic camos acquired during a private bot lobby are the natural result of the customer's own gameplay inside a game-provided custom-match mode. The session itself — the hosting, the lobby coordination, the support — is what the customer pays for.
You may not use the Services to:
Some third-party games expressly prohibit services such as real-money trading, shared accounts, or automation. You are solely responsible for determining whether the Services you purchase would violate the terms of the game you play, and for the consequences if they do. AstroBoost does not offer services that require you to share your account credentials with us, and you agree not to ask our staff to perform actions that would require such sharing.
We do not serve customers located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S., UK, EU, or UN sanctions, nor any person listed on applicable sanctions, denied-party, or export-control lists. Attempting to order the Services while subject to such restrictions is prohibited.
When we identify a violation we may, depending on severity: warn the user; cancel the active order and refund the balance; suspend or terminate the account; ban the user from our Discord community; or refer the matter to our payment partners, the relevant game publisher, or law-enforcement authorities. We do not owe compensation for orders cancelled as a result of a good-faith AUP enforcement action.
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, email abuse@astroboost.gg with as much detail as you can share. We review all reports and respond when action is warranted.
