Which platforms do you support?

All of our services work across Xbox (Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S), PlayStation (PS4 and PS5), and PC (Windows, including Steam, Battle.net, Epic, and Riot launchers). When a service has any platform-specific notes, we list them on the product page itself — but by default everything we sell is fully cross-platform.

I play on PS5 — does that work too?

Yes. PS5 is fully supported on every service we offer, the same as PS4 and Xbox. Our coaches, lobbies, and digital goods are delivered through the game itself, so the console generation doesn't change anything for you. If you're crossplay-locked or playing through PlayStation Plus cloud streaming, those still work as well.

Do you support cross-progression and crossplay accounts?

Yes — we work with Activision, Battle.net, Steam, Epic, Riot, and Bungie accounts that are linked to any of the supported consoles or PC. If your progress syncs across platforms, our service will reflect on every device you log into.

How do you handle my personal information?

We only collect the information we need to deliver your order and run our community (email, order details, Discord username if you share one). We never sell personal data, and all transactions flow over TLS-encrypted connections. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Do I need to share game account credentials?

Accepted Answer

No. Our current services — private bot lobbies, 1-on-1 coaching, VOD reviews, and digital goods delivered in-game — do not require you to hand over your game account password. You stay in control of your account at all times.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards processed by our partner payment providers, as well as cryptocurrency for buyers who prefer it. Pricing is shown in USD; your card issuer will apply any applicable FX conversion.

What is your refund policy?

If we cannot deliver a service as described, you are eligible for a refund under the terms in our Refund Policy page. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours and are reviewed case-by-case by our support team.

Digital goods and private lobby bookings are typically scheduled within 30 minutes during supported hours. Coaching and VOD review sessions are scheduled with your coach directly over Discord. Exact timing is shown on each product page.

Yes. After checkout you will receive order updates by email and can view live status through our Track Order page. Coaching sessions are coordinated with your coach over Discord.
