MW4 DMZ Tools: Operator Prestige & FOB Planner

Everything the Forward Operating Base asks of you, in numbers: Operator Prestige costs 200,000, 300,000 then 500,000 DMZ Cash plus gear (1,000,000 for the first three), infils run from free to 100,000, and each Operator earns 18 Trait Points across 3 trees of 66 Traits. Stations unlock on the separate 1–70 DMZ track. Source: Activision’s official FOB guide and progression appendix.

An Operator can Prestige once it has earned 18 Trait Points (Onyx III Dog Tag) and is not MIA. Traits reset on Prestige; anything left in the Loadout or Backpack is lost, so strip it first.

Infil budget

Paid infils are charged per deployment from your Bank. Compare the habit against your next Prestige.

MW4 DMZ FAQ

How much does it cost to Prestige an Operator in MW4 DMZ?

200,000 DMZ Cash for the first Prestige, 300,000 for the second and 500,000 for the third and every one after — 1,000,000 across the first three — plus two weapons, a Plate Carrier, a Backpack and four 3D Printer Ingredients of Rare, Epic and then Legendary rarity.

How many Trait Points can a DMZ Operator earn?

18, one per Dog Tag level from Steel I to Onyx III. There are 66 Traits across the Warfighter, Scout and Survivalist trees, with a maximum of nine picks per tree, so you can max two trees or open all three.

What level unlocks the Gunsmith and Vendor in DMZ?

The 3D Printer opens at DMZ Level 2, the Vendor at 5, the Gunsmith at 10 and the Dog Tag Case at 20. The Boss Board unlocks after your second DMZ Order rather than at a level.

Does DMZ XP count toward Multiplayer levels?

Yes — DMZ XP feeds the shared 1–55 Player Level, but Multiplayer and Warzone XP do not raise your DMZ Level, which has its own 1–70 track of Stations, Recipes and gear.
