PPSh-41 Best Loadout & Attachments
AThe current best PPSh-41 build for Modern Warfare 4: full attachment list with unlock levels, Apex and class setup, taken from post-launch guides (sources under each build) and re-checked after every balance patch.
The PPSh-41 has the fastest fire rate of the launch SMGs, so it shreds up close but needs recoil control and a larger magazine. The Oct 28 patch sped up its ADS, closing some of the gap to the top two SMGs.
