Is BO7 ranked boosting safe?
No — traditional BO7 ranked boosting (someone logging into your account to climb divisions for you) is against Activision's rules and can get your account permanently banned. That's not a scare tactic. Cheating in Call of Duty includes account sharing to unlock gear and account boosting, and all of these actions are against the Security and Enforcement Policy.

What "ranked boosting" actually means
There are two flavors sold as "BO7 ranked boosting," and they carry very different risk.
