1. 1Complete all 12 base camos (9 military + 3 special) on a weapon to open its mastery ladder.
2. 2Then complete the challenge: Get 5 Kills without dying, 3 times
3. 3Tier 3 unlocks account-wide once tier 2 is done on 30 weapons.
