Unknown ARC Circuitry: keep or recycle?
Unknown ARC Circuitry isn't consumed by any workshop upgrade or tracked quest. It's an access or story item — keys open their matching doors and documents come up in progression, so it's worth more in your stash than in the recycler.
A bundle of ARC circuitry, unfamiliar in both layout and design.
