Scout Patrol Note: keep or recycle?
Scout Patrol Note isn't consumed by any workshop upgrade or tracked quest. It's an access or story item — keys open their matching doors and documents come up in progression, so it's worth more in your stash than in the recycler.
A note seemingly documenting patrol schedules and access codes.
