Riven Tides Classified Records Keycard: keep or recycle?

Riven Tides Classified Records Keycard isn't consumed by any workshop upgrade or tracked quest. It's an access or story item — keys open their matching doors and documents come up in progression, so it's worth more in your stash than in the recycler.

Unlocks a door to the Classified Records room in the Port Authority Building at Riven Tides.
