Pendola Pass Railyard Key: keep or recycle?
Pendola Pass Railyard Key isn't consumed by any workshop upgrade or tracked quest. It's an access or story item — keys open their matching doors and documents come up in progression, so it's worth more in your stash than in the recycler.
Unlocks a door in the Controlled Receiving Facility on Pendola Pass.
