Major Aiva's Mementos: keep or recycle?
Major Aiva's Mementos isn't consumed by any workshop upgrade or tracked quest. It's an access or story item — keys open their matching doors and documents come up in progression, so it's worth more in your stash than in the recycler.
A closely-shut box, covered in many years worth of dust.
