First Wave Tape: keep or recycle?

First Wave Tape isn't consumed by any workshop upgrade or tracked quest. It's an access or story item — keys open their matching doors and documents come up in progression, so it's worth more in your stash than in the recycler.

An old tape found inside a battered old camcorder.
