Expired Security Code: keep or recycle?
Expired Security Code isn't consumed by any workshop upgrade or tracked quest. It's an access or story item — keys open their matching doors and documents come up in progression, so it's worth more in your stash than in the recycler.
An expired security code. Has no more practical use.
