Pendola Pass condition: Emperor Beacons activate across the summit basin. Raiders can loot a beacon and deploy it to redirect a valuable ARC payload onto their own position. Emperor Relays are active, debris falls from the sky, and the map's Flash Freeze does not trigger for the hour.
