Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of our Terms of Service. It describes how AstroBoost services may and may not be used. If you violate this AUP we may suspend or cancel your orders, close your account, and refuse future service. Serious violations may be reported to our payment partners, to game publishers, or to law-enforcement authorities.

1. What AstroBoost Does Offer

• Coaching & educational sessions delivered by experienced players over voice, video, or text (e.g. Discord).
• Gameplay reviews (VOD reviews) in written or recorded format.
• Private bot lobby hosting for practice, warm-up, and social play.
• Account-based boosting services (e.g. camo unlocks, weapon leveling, Nuke/streak completion) in which the customer voluntarily authorises an experienced AstroBoost player to sign in and complete an agreed in-game objective on their behalf. This is only performed with the customer's explicit, informed consent and only for the specific objective ordered.
• Digital goodsthat are permitted to be transferred under the applicable game publisher's terms of service.
• Community access to our Discord server, events, and guides.

1.1 What AstroBoost Is — And Is Not

AstroBoost provides online gaming services in two ways. For most services we act as a host and coordinator — we run private custom matches and bot lobbies that customers join with their own accounts, and we deliver coaching and gameplay-review sessions over Discord. For a limited set of account-based boosting products, a customer may instead choose to authorise one of our players to sign in and complete a specific in-game objective on their behalf. Where that applies it is always disclosed on the product page, always optional, and always requires the customer's explicit consent. The table below summarises what we do and do not do.

For hosted sessions, any XP, weapon levels, or cosmetic camos earned during a private bot lobby are the natural result of the customer's own gameplay, and what the customer pays for is the session — the hosting, lobby coordination, and support. For account-based boosting products, the customer is paying for the completion of a specific in-game objective by an experienced player they have authorised. In either case the customer is informed, before purchase, of exactly how the service is delivered.

2. What You May Not Do

You may not use the Services to:

• Engage in, facilitate, or encourage illegal activity of any kind.
• Commit fraud, including identity theft, chargeback fraud, friendly-fraud chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or card testing.
• Launder funds or evade sanctions, export controls, tax, or anti-money-laundering laws.
• Obtain a product to resell, redistribute, white-label, or sublicense without our prior written permission.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or discriminate against our staff, other customers, or third parties.
• Distribute malware, spyware, phishing content, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual-property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, probe or scan our network, bypass rate limits, or interfere with other users' access.
• Scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract our site content in bulk without our prior written permission.
• Submit false eligibility information, including misrepresenting your age, residency, or sanctions status.

3. Game-Publisher Rules

Some third-party games expressly prohibit services such as real-money trading, account sharing, or having another person play on your account. Where a product involves account-based boosting, the customer authorises account access voluntarily and acknowledges that doing so may breach the relevant game publisher's terms of service and could carry a risk of penalties to their account. You are solely responsible for determining whether the Services you purchase would violate the terms of the game you play, and for the consequences if they do. We never use cheats, automation, or exploits to deliver any service.

4. Prohibited Jurisdictions & Persons

We do not serve customers located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S., UK, EU, or UN sanctions, nor any person listed on applicable sanctions, denied-party, or export-control lists. Attempting to order the Services while subject to such restrictions is prohibited.

5. Enforcement

When we identify a violation we may, depending on severity: warn the user; cancel the active order and refund the balance; suspend or terminate the account; ban the user from our Discord community; or refer the matter to our payment partners, the relevant game publisher, or law-enforcement authorities. We do not owe compensation for orders cancelled as a result of a good-faith AUP enforcement action.

6. Reporting a Violation

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, email abuse@astroboost.gg with as much detail as you can share. We review all reports and respond when action is warranted.
